Talking about your problem doesn't necessarily resolve it. In fact, it can make it worse and make it seem bigger than what it actually is.
Yes true...ButSometimes I think talking about a problem lets one examine it from outside of ones head and perhaps see that it wasn't all that big after all. Thanks for coming by my blog...I'll be back.
Trish, thanks for droppin' by. Yeah, i am with you on this whole exercise of talking about a problem as it helps to sort it out in the head, but sometimes, i think we can keep ranting and raving and making ourselves more miserable especially when we are PMSing. :DAh well, i was PMSy yesterday and this thought is a result of that. :D
Very true. How funny - I just thought of the same thing today. Because I was kind of down (pmsy too) and talked to somebody about it and it just felt bigger than it really was because of their response. Maybe it depends on who you talk to.
Hm. That's a thought there. Hope you are doing better. Haven't been commenting in your blog for want of better words.
I do think you need to talk about it sometimes. (Seems like I am an intruder here).
@ John - He he. No worries about intruding. Sometimes it is good to talk about it. But sometimes it is not.
i've recently had pms too! i think all female internet users are in-synch! haha
No I meant about the PMS thing...
@ Carrie - Lol... Probably... @ John - Yeah. Got it. And no worries.
