To love

If to be hurt because i loved - and loved deeply at that - is a mistake, I wish to God that i don't learn from that 'Mistake'.

I guess with loving comes vulnerability and that vulnerability is something that we honestly, truly desire...

I wish I could be that brave about it. Frankly, I'm at a point in my life where I'd rather not deal with the heartache.

Oh dude! I relate! And of course you can blogroll! I'll do the same. (Just give me a few days, I've got a few great reads I've got to add!)

glad you don't want to learn from that mistake.

Kerstin - I have to confess that i haven't had my heart broken really. I am anything but vulnerable. I don't let people get close to me easily. And the statement i made is a lesson i have to learn as well.

Brandy - Thanks, man! Blogrolled already! Hey, you could check out Anju's blog in my blogroll. Think you will like it.

Choconet - He he. I don't think i made too many mistakes. And guess that is because i am unwilling to be vulnerable...

you get to a point where you realize through your sadness how beautiful it is that you were able to love and give so freely to another.
I hope the ache dulls with each day that passes and that you find happiness once again along the way.

Very nice blog... although I personally am not too interested in sentimental stuff...

But your posts are quite interesting. Thanks for dropping by my blog...

Thanks, Pam. Although i am not going through any serious emotional stuff at the moment, i wrote this to remind myself at such times. it is indeed a better thing to give than receive. And i guess it is in giving love that we truly love.

Hari, thanks for your comment and for droppin' by. Ummm. Yeah. I try not to do only senti stuff. I use this as a space to put down my thouhgts really. And sometimes the thoughts on love too.

How did you wander over to my blog, bungi?

Thanks for the comments. I love the picture of the elderly couple in Toronto, too. One of my favorites ever (if you can have favorites among photos you took yourself...they are kind of like children!)

Thanks for the edits. Sometimes I don't even read through the chapters before I post, but it's always helpful to have a fresh eye looking for typos.

the desire to want to love is addictive..to love and to be loved is intoxicating..but then again i desire to be free and love tends to make me claustrophobic

if that makes any sense!

Me - Why 'ugh'? Bitter truth, eh? :P

Vitzy - Any time! Will drop over again when i am slightly jobless. ;)

Padmini - Perhaps, in true love there is freedom. Have you thought of that?

Mimi - Uh? What's that supposed to mean?!

The Maha... - The point being... I like to finish with three dots... :P
