yeah I am from Coimbatore!! did u think I was making up the Nostalgia post :p ! kiddin! do i know u! r u the one publicly fighting for anjus happiness :p
hmmm... definetly don't remember anything about bunnies or eggs in the bible...
Indeed those things are something that we constantly need to be reminded of. I know I need to be reminded daily that no matter what stupid things I do, nothing is going to separate me from God's amazing perfect love.
@ Clarissa - I think this is taking the chicken-egg controvery to new heights! Great! Never thought of it this way...
@ Allegri - Yeah. I think i need such reminders too.
@ Me - He he... Guess we were born with question marks on our faces...
@ Causalien - Now, why do they have turkeys at thanksgiving?!! And do they add choc in them as well?!!! I love chocolate, you see...
By the way, i have been reading up in Wiki about bunnies and eggs... Seems like it has got something to do with fertility and stuff. Apparently the festival is named after a Germanic goddess Eostre. So bunnies and eggs symbolise birth and fertility as spring means new birth and stuff...
For "other people" to not get offended by Christianity, you know... I wish they'd do the same for every other festival. I'd love to have another furry rodent parading around and distributing andhabhavan sweets for other holidays! And they could put up a banana tree or something.

he he... No, i don't think you know me. Yep. I am the one crusading for 'keep Anju's blog clean' cause... :P
And is there any relationship between bunnies and eggs themselves? Do bunnies lay eggs? Protect eggs? Eat eggs?

I have asked this so many times...
It's the prelude to the equivalent of turkeys on thanks giving.
BTW they added chocolate to the mix now.

Well, I suppose it's Easter's equivalent to Christmas trees, jingle bells and all that jazz!

Sorry if I offended anyone but I wish everyone had such outlets for every other festival if the true meaning of such days are taken away!
Ummm... I shall not comment on this one. But will probably tell you what i think when we chat or something :D
